The three most common complaint types were: Noise - Residential (n=62,213), Illegal Parking (n=31,854), and Blocked Driveway (n=28,480). City agencies with the highest number of service request assignments were: NYPD (n=186,423), HPD (n=103,840), and DOT (n=82,486). Overall, 74.2% of service requests were closed on or before their respective due dates.
