The three most common complaint types were: Noise - Residential (n=52,168), Street Condition (n=37,755), and Street Light Condition (n=24,137). City agencies with the highest number of service request assignments were: NYPD (n=125,561), HPD (n=107,510), and DOT (n=92,804). Overall, 78.6% of service requests were closed on or before their respective due dates.
