Observation 92% of respondents feel exercise is important for a healthy lifestyle and 8%(2 counts/25) don’t.

Observation 76% respondents do exercise at least 1 hr or more(>1 hr to >5 hr combined) & 84% of respondents do exercise at least twice a week considering respondents work, study along with other responsibilities of their daily routine.

56% of respondents engage in running/walking/jogging while only 8% respondents do yoga. Hence, we can say that majority of the respondents are focusing on fitness rather than building muscles. Also they may not consider yoga as a physical exercise.

Observation 84% of respondents believe that controlling diet is important along with exercise.
