Plymouth has more than 2,000 housing units. The Lakes Region appears to have high concentration of homes.

Plymouth has more renter-occupied units than its neighboring towns, with nearly one thousand units.

Renter-occupied Housing Units Paying Rent of $1,000 to $2,499

Plymouth and Holderness have more renters who can afford a home than their neighboring towns. Lebanon and Laconia have high concentration of petential home buyers.

Nearly 16% of renter-occupied units may be likely buyers. They pay a gross rent of $1000-$2499 and moved into the unit within less than 2 years ago.

Future research

• Build a machine learning model to predict which renters will likely buy soon and what types of homes.
• Add additional variables (for example, mortgage payments and gross rents)
• Label the map so that it’s easy to identify towns.
• Provide tables of actual data, in addition to maps.
