Who is Dongjoo Lee?

Hello, my name is Dongjoo Lee. I am a graudate student of MS in Information Systems at University of Cincinnati. I am from South korea. Before joining UC, I served in Republic of Korea Air Force for 2 years.

Professional Background

I served in Republic of Korea Air Force for 2 years, from September 2014 to September 2016 as a military police soldier. For the last 7 months of my time in the air force, I served as a desk sergeant for my platoon. Here are the my duties during the time:

• Acted as a point of contact for a military police platoon and handled the platoon’s administrative tasks
• Collaborated with desk sergeants from other platoons to lead the anti-terror training
• Reported to superior and sought solution when problem occurs in the platoon management or guard desks
• Optimized forty soldiers’ performance by efficiently scheduling the duties

Experience with R

I tried to learn R from DataCamp. I would say I have a basic understanding in using R. I have done a small data manipulation project with Nobel Prize Winner dataset during my winter break. You can check it from my GitHub. I am expecting to be a R expert after this course. :-)

Experience with other analytic software

I also tried to learn Python. From DataCamp, I just tried using Numpy in Python. Also, from my last flex, I took a statistical computing class, from where we used SAS.
