Introduction

Nowadays, people are more and more aware of maintaining a healthy life style and staying fit, especially in US, where overweight and obesity has been the major risk factor for many health problems. “Fitness” has been one of the hottest topics for the past few years that more and more people start to sign up for gym memberships and start to follow fitness youtubers. However, staying healthy and fit has been a challenging goal because of work and life pressures. Many people sit in the office for the majority of time and prefer fast food when time crunches. 3. 2/4/2019 - 2/19/2019 Fasting Phase:Intermittent fasting (1 meal a day) with no exercise
