I have decided that the following samples are to be dropped because of relatively low number of SNPS: SchAuri3, SchAuri4, SchAuri5, SchBol2, SchCusDn1, SchCusDr1, SchCusDr3, SchCusEC3, SchCusLG2, SchExi1, SchExi3, SchLim3 <>

I have decided not to drop the following three specimens, as they are above the cut-offs for both the minimum depth 10 and 20 runs, and only slightly below the cut-off for the minimum sample depth of 4 run: SchAuri2, SchCusJ2, SchCusJ5 <>
