Introduction

After dealing with the data of tidal gauges, now we extracted the closet Pcp gauge to each tidal gauge. Before that we selected the Pcp gauges having time span of 1960 to 2018. Then, the Pcp and Tidal gauge have been matched and their join missing values have been calculated

Note: The red points are tidal gauges and the blue points are Pcp gauges

the following plot indicates the number of pcp gauges having less than 0.2 missing along with tidal gauges having missing less than 0.2. 58 tidal gauges and 246 pcp gauges.

the following plot indicates the buffer around the tidal gauges with radious 50 km (in green), 100 km (in yellow) and 130 km (brown)

the following plot indicates the number of years that the Pcp_tide match does not have data for.

the following plot indicates the amount of missing for each match of Pcp and tidal gauage. considering the threshould of 0.2 missing, some of stations should be removed are removed latter on.
