INTRODUCTION
The University of Liberia customarily administers entrance and placement exams as part of the vetting process of admission. The test is intended to help determine selection of those who are at least capable of doing college course work without further high school preparation.
The exercises leading to this year UL Entrance Examinations started on Monday, February 4, 2019, with the candidates initially going to the designated banks for payment of the registration fees and subsequently proceeding to the Testing Center on Capitol Hill Campus, located in the GH Building (or, Business College) for registration completion.
The total of one hundred ninety-nine (199) students completed registration;
One hundred thirty-six (136 or 68.3%) of them are males while sixty-three (63 or 31.7%) are females;
Only 18.1% of the students that completed registration are from Public Schools; See the School Category for details;
Of those that completed registration, (88.4%) of them are from schools located in Montserrado County;
The gap in the Exam Numbers is due to the fact that Candidates with Exam Numbers 000172 to 000179 are not yet to be processed by our Data Entry Clerks;
Candidates find it difficult to distinguish between Faith-Based Schools(Schhols owned by Churches and the Muslim Schools, etc) and the Private Schools(individual owned Schools); This may make our statistics inacurate in analyzing the Category of School variable;
