The Recommender System website that I chose is the “www.coursera.org”

Target Users

The target users are all the customers who like to take courses online.

What are their Key Goals

This will help customers to find the most relevant course based on the history of searching and key words used while searching.

How can the application help them accomplish their goals?

Many users already took the courses provided their rating and feedback. Based on this customer can select appropriate one.

Reverse Engineering Site

Reverse engineering is bit complex on coursera but still they can do reverse engineering on what the actual users who took the course.

Specific Recommendations to Improve Site’s Recommendation Capabilities moving Forward

One of the recommendation is to include ratings based on who actually took the course and others who recommended the course.
