Analytics Ops is the framework for data science and business users that allow them to pass the untrained models through the Analytics Ops pipeline to produce a trained and approved model ready for deployment in production. This addresses automation of the Data Science and Analytics aspects from model development, testing and deployment, live consumption of the models.
This is a software solution in its own right which will be developed using traditional Dev, Test, and Prod environments. These environments have been designated ‘Exploration-Dev’, ‘Exploration-Test’, ‘Exploration-Master’. This is done to avoid confusion with the model ‘development’ and model ‘testing’ which are part of the modelling pipeline in any ‘Exploration-’ environment.
