For this data we will be taking a look at from what platform do most people tweet about Ford F-150 trucks. We will focus on iPhone, Android, and Computer (i.e. using a traditional computer to tweet from). We will limit our tweet count to 1 million and focus on users who have 2 or more tweets
It is interesting to note that most users that are tweeting about Ford’s F-150 Pickup truck are dealerhsips. We can assume that these tweets are about a truck for sale or special deals.
Now that we have established where users are tweeting from and who are our top tweeters, we are now interested in learning more about what they are saying. In this word cloud we have the top 20 most used words in tweets. We have removed the words ford and f150. A sample of 1300 tweet was taken.
Let’s switch gears a little bit and take a look at twitter data for Cincinnati Children’s. We will first take a look at what Twitter users are saying in their tweets about Cincinnati Children’s. In this word cloud, sentance ending words have been removed, along with ‘this’ and ‘the’. All forms of Cincinnati Children has also been removed. These changes have been made in order for it to be easier for us to see what it is that users are saying about Cincinnati Childrens. A sample of 1300 tweets was taken and only the top 50 used words are used in this word cloud.
Bellow is a simple bar chart that will give us the frequency count of each of the top 10 words in out word cloud above.
