A Sankey plot representing migration of targets between different target development levels (TDL) for different versions of TCRD. This version of graph uses almost uniform TDL criteria.
The following issues still need to be fixed:
- 186 Tchem targets in 2013 become Tbio in 2014
- 474 Tchem targets in 2017 become Tbio in 2018
- No more than 20 targets move from Tbio to Tchem each year, except for 2016/2017 when 654 made that jump
- At least 500 targets move from Tdark to Tbio each year, except for 2015/2016 when only 68 were promoted
