I can’t find my HockeyApp invite email?

We send out demo invites in batches every week or so. Apologies in advance for the wait. We’re a small team working hard to juggle a lot of tasks! You will not have access to the HockayApp demo until you have received an invite. Creating a HockeyApp account does not automatically give you access to the demo.

Did I receive the HockeyApp invite?

Once you have set up your account in the portal, we will send you an invite to set up a HockeyApp account to become a beta tester for the Fluent Forever app! You should get a demo invite to sign up for a HockeyApp account a maximum of 7-10 days after making a portal account.

I set up the portal, but can’t find the HockeyApp invite email?

Check to make sure that you used the access code and made an account at our portal, app.fluent-forever.com.

If you have set up your portal account and it’s been at least 7 to 10 days, search your entire email account, including your spam and notification folders, for the term “HockeyApp.”

If the email doesn’t turn up, contact us at help@fluent-forever.com and we can re-send it.

How do I sign up for a HockeyApp account to test the Beta?

Once you do get your invite to sign up for a HockeyApp account, go to https://rink.hockeyapp.net/users/sign_up using the web browswer on your phone.
