SPINS: Counts of usable imaging data

These 6 tabbed plots show the counts of usable imaging data by acquisition type, where ‘usable’ includes data that passed QC from participants who continued to meet eligibility criteria throughout the study, and did not revoke consent to data sharing. Note that the ‘TOTAL’ facet does not include FLAIR scans in its count.

MRI x site

Summary: We have 326 participants with complete imaging data (Toronto = 120, Maryland = 120, New York = 86; including 106 total on PRISMA).

Note: Solid colours show complete scans. The value at the top of each bar indicates how many participants completed the given scan. Semi-transparency shows how many participants did not complete a given acquisition, for participants that completed at least one acquisition).

MRI ~ cog x site

Summary: We have 324 participants with complete imaging and cognitive data (Toronto = 120, Maryland = 119, New York = 85; including 105 total on PRISMA).

Note: Solid colours show complete scans. The value at the top of each bar indicates how many participants completed the given scan. Semi-transparency shows how many participants did not complete a given acquisition, for participants that completed at least one acquisition).

MRI x dx

Summary: We have 191 SSD participants (Toronto = 75, Maryland = 70, New York = 46; including 57 total on PRISMA), and 135 HC participants (Toronto = 45, Maryland = 50, New York = 40; including 49 total on PRISMA) with complete imaging data.

MRI ~ cog x dx

Summary: We have 189 SSD participants (Toronto = 75, Maryland = 69, New York = 45; including 56 total on PRISMA), and 135 HC participants (Toronto = 45, Maryland = 50, New York = 40; including 49 total on PRISMA) with complete imaging and cognitive data.

MRI x sex

Summary: We have 119 female participants (Toronto = 41, Maryland = 41, New York = 37; including 42 total on PRISMA), and 207 male participants (Toronto = 79, Maryland = 79, New York = 49; including 64 total on PRISMA) with complete imaging data.

MRI ~ cog x sex

Summary: We have 119 female participants (Toronto = 41, Maryland = 41, New York = 37; including 42 total on PRISMA), and 205 male participants (Toronto = 79, Maryland = 78, New York = 48; including 63 total on PRISMA) with complete imaging and cognitive data.
