Note that if the difficulty values for a group on a question were greater than 4 or less than -4, the respective data point was removed from the plots. This is because I do not have confidence in these values, given that a difficulty of 4 or -4 means that this group falls 4 standard deviations away from the average group. I am not sure what this actually means.

These points have mainly been removed so the other points are easier to see.
