En el articulo, Asociación entre Latitud y la incidencia de cáncer de mama en mujeres de Australia continental mediante estudios realizados muestran que la latitud tiene influencia en el cáncer de mama. En un trabajo pedagógico en EEUU se estudiaron tres variables entre ellas la latitud.En la siguiente gràfica se puede observar que entre el rango (35-45) se encuentran la mayor parte de los estados, por lo tanto hay mayor incidencia de cancer de mama.
