一些常用软件需要安装,已经安装的检查版本后,可以忽略;

1 安装

1.1 打开终端

主界面下屏幕右上角的🔍,点击打开;

输入“Terminal”即可找到;

以下命令都是在终端执行;

1.2 brew安装

Homebrew是Mac OSX上的软件包管理工具,能在Mac中方便的安装软件或者卸载软件,相当于linux下的apt-get、yum神器;Homebre可以在Mac上安装一些OS X没有的UNIX工具,Homebrew将这些工具统统安装到了 /usr/local/Cellar 目录中,并在 /usr/local/bin 中创建符号链接1

1.3 wget安装

brew install wget

1.4 从qiime2官网中下载yml文件2

wget https://data.qiime2.org/distro/core/qiime2-2018.4-py35-osx-conda.yml

1.5 conda安装

Conda是一个开源包管理系统和环境管理系统,用于安装多个版本的软件包及其依赖关系,并在它们之间轻松切换。 它适用于Linux,OS X和Windows,是为Python程序创建的,但可以打包和分发任何软件。

Conda包括在Anaconda和Miniconda。 Conda也包括在Anaconda的Continuum订阅中,它为Python,R,Node.js,Java和其他应用程序堆栈提供现场企业包和环境管理。 Conda在pypi中也是可用的,虽然这种方法可能不是最新的3

sh Anaconda3-5.1.0-MacOSX-x86_64.sh

1.6 qiime2 安装

# 这里的路径是我电脑的路径
/Users/shuchengren/anaconda3/bin/conda  env create -n qiime2-2018.4 --file qiime2-2018.4-py35-osx-conda.yml

安装速度取决于网速,我安装大约一个小时;

1.7 启动conda-qiime2环境

source activate qiime2-2018.4

1.8 测试是否安装成功

qiime --help

1.9 退出qiime2环境

source deactivate

1.10 安装不成功处置

conda env remove -n qiime2-2018.4 #1.删除错误环境

conda clean -y --all #2.清除本地安装

/Users/shuchengren/anaconda3/bin/conda  env create -n qiime2-2018.4 --file qiime2-2018.4-py35-osx-conda.yml #3.重新安装

网速原因安装失败,重新执行3即可
