According to the histogram bar chart, from 0 to 5, the average rate is 2.47 which implies that most of people have neutral attitude regarding their salarie levels. The maximum rating of their salary is 4, since they may think themselves who deserve higher salaries. There are still some people who choose 1 or 2, because it seems like their salaries are undervalued.

From the bar chart, most of the interviewees are satisfied with their benefits. Only one person chose excellent and one chose poor, so perhaps it can be considered as an outlier.

From the pie chart, large amount of employees have neutral attitude with regard to the working enviroment, that may indicates the working enviroment is not essential for them to justify the satisfaction of work life.

According to the graph of question 4, more than half of the people are somewhat satisfied with their team. No one is extremely satisfied or unsatisfied with their team. This shows our classmates are in general satisfied with their team environment.

In terms of evaluating the progress of the work, most people rated 3 or 4 of the progress of their work. Only 1 person rated 5 and no one rate below 2. In general, our classmates are gaining positive experience from work.
