The Adirondack High Peaks are the highest mountains in New York. The 46 peaks were originally designated as mountains whose summits met or exceeded 4,000 feet, although geographic surveys have confirmed that a few are less than the benchmark. Recently my dog (Jerry) and I started hiking these peaks with the goal of eventually becoming Adirondack 46ers. Below is a map of their locations, and a table with information for each mountain. Completed hikes are indicated on the map with red markers, and clicking on it will bring up a photo from the hike and the date of completion. The numbers on the markers correlate with the peak number listed on the table. On the table, the blue bars for each entry displays the relative rank of that entry within the column.
