Introduction!

Hello All! My name is Mrinal Chaudhary. I’m a student in the MSIS program at UC. I have worked in the domain of IT Service Management for a period of 5 years, back in India.

I got this opportunity to do a Research project under Dr. Dong-Gil Ko for UC College of Medicine which elevated my interest in data analytics and here I am 6 months down the line where I have explored SQL, R, Excel, Tableau and my learning curve is growing exponentially.

I have worked at IBM & Accenture. as a Global Service Management team member, Change Coordinator for Global Network Changes and SME for Network Operations for a period of 5 years. My role involved specifically interfacing with internal and external support/deployment teams to proactive plan and deliver current and future requirements.

I have hands-on experience and worked extensively in the domains such as Change and Release Management, Infrastructure Audit & Compliance, Operations Management.

Experience with R

• I have an intermediate level of exposure to R. For the research project we worked in a team of 3 and merged complex tables with thousands of records, cleansed the data, performed analysis on structured healthcare data using R to gain insight and visualize results.
• My formal education with R started when I enrolled into the Data Analysis Methods course which I completed last flex which focused mainly on the regression concepts.
