I had taken my last stats class over a year ago, so there was actually a lot of, “fuzzy” topics. But I think the one that had really stuck out to me was the properties of a few distributions. Specifically the F-Distribution and the Chi-Squared. I don’t think these two distributions really had come up enough that anything about them had stuck. But the book provided a clear use for both of them and how we will be able to manipulate theh distributions later- which I assume we will be needing to become master statisticians. Being able to see how the degrees of freedom will affect that probability levels of a certain lambda was clear and concise in the reading.
