We can see that if Manager’s tenure increases by 1 year it contributes 760$ to Profit
Similarly if Crew’s tenure increases by 1 Year it contributes 944$ to over all profit
Statistically significant variables : MTenure,CTenure,Comp,Pop,PedCount,Res,Hours24
statistically not-significant variables : Visisbility
By performing analysis on Store24(A) case study I was able draw following conclusions :
From exploratory analysis:
*Mean of manager's tenure is very high when compared to mean of crew's tenure.
From Regression Model:
We can see that Manager's Tenure, Crew's Tenure, Competitors, Pedistrian count, Opening store 24/7, Presence in residential area, Population with in half mile radius have significant effects on sales
