Introduction

Food is a basic necessity for life. If a person did not eat food for about a week, they would shrivel up and die. I love to eat, and am lucky enough to be able to make my own foods because I live in an apartment. I have easy access to a grocery store, and my roommates and I have stocked up on pots, pans, and spices. This is what I eat pretty much everyday:

What I Eat Everyday

Morning

In the morning, I usually wait a few hours after I wake up to eat. I basically eat the same thing every morning, but with a twist each time. I put 3 eggs, whisked, into a pan to make an omelet. When I flip my omelet, I put bell peppers and feta cheese in it. I usually cook a sausage link or two along with it. I pair my perfectly peppered omelet with some iced coffee. This is what my would omlette look like

Afternoon

I don’t have meal swipes, so I don’t want to eat on campus. I feel like it would be a waste of my money! I bring a few granola bars to my classes and that’s all. Sometimes I will eat a pop tart that I buy, but I really try not to.

Late Afternoon

After all my classes, I go to the gym. After my workout, I go home and drink a really big protein shake. I put in 3 scoops of protein, which equals to almost 100 grams of protein in my milkshake.

Night

At night, I eat what I find! Sometimes I just eat some rice and eggs and that’s all, and other times Ill make a few pancakes to treat myself. I love to cook, so its all about what I feel like making.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I can say that I don’t eat a variety of meals. I eat almost the same thing everyday, which is why I am able to write about it. I get the nutrients I need, and I only spend what I need to!
