Data Collection :-

Data Source 1:- Iphone 6s Health App to download steps / miles walked data. Oct 2015- Till Date

Data Source 2:- Credit Card Data to gather past travel itineraries

Data Source 3:- Office Calendar data to gather per day office meetings data. Date Range 10/2/2017-11/30/2017

Data Source 4:- Manually gathered sleep duration data from time range 10/25/2017-12/3/2017.

Data Source 5 :-Verizon Phone usage data from 10/14/2017-11/30/2017 (from online portal)

Tools Used :- Tableau and Excel

Question 1:- Places Visited in last 2 years and How it is related to miles I have walked? Data :- The data gathered for this analysis is health data from iphone 6 . The data range used is Oct 2015-Dec 2017.

KeY Findings :- 1) 2016-November is the month where I have walked the maximum miles. 2) Interestingly , that was the month I visited Grand Canyon and Denver. I did a lot of hiking during that trip which exactly associates to the miles i walked. 3) Next highest is 2017 June and this exactly co relates to my yellowstone national park trip. 4) Next is 2016 Februaury is when I visited Smoky mountains.

Question 2:- Which working day I walk the most and how is it related to my office activity? Data :-For this question I have gathered my steps data from October - November 2017. I also downloaded my office meetings data and summarized the number of meetings I have per day.

Findings :- As per the data Thursday and Friday are the days i walk the most and interestingly I see that those are the days I have maximum meetings. Our meeting rooms are located on first floor and I sit on the second floor that perfectly explains why my walking miles are higher on thursday and fridays.

Question 3:- Which day of the week I sleep the most? Using box plot , I visualize each day and its corresponding average duration hours I have slept .Findings :- Not a surprise ,Saturday is the day I sleep the most at an average 9.8 hours.

Qusetion 4:- Based on my average sleep , how many days I have slept below average sleep hours? Using scatter plot I color code (bold red) the days where I have slept above my average sleeping hours and light red where I have slept below my average sleeping hour which is 7.944 hours. Above Average :-25 days Below Average :- 15 days

Question 5: Identify the person I called the most from Oct 2017 - Till Date

Data : Pulled the data from online verizon portal. Where I obtained detailed data of my call logs. Key attributes Date , Time, Phone Number and Minutes Spoken , data was obtained.I manually associated phone numbers to persons names.

Key Findings:- Well actually it wasnt a surprise that I speak to my Mom the most. Total 712 minutes in 2 months. Next is Sarika and then is Roshni.

Question 6: The day I speak the most over the phone?

Data : Pulled the data from online verizon portal for date range Oct 14 2017 - Till Date. Key attributes Date , Time, Phone Number and Minutes Spoken .I manually associated phone numbers to persons names.

Key Findings:- Monday and Tuesdays are the days I speak the most . This perfectly relates to the fact that I speak over the phone on my commute to office . I have broken each day by the person I call , I have selected the top 4 persons based on my previous graph analysis. And here also we clearly see a significant red across all bars which shows I speak to my mom the most on all the days.

Question 7: The Time of the day I speak the most over the phone?

Data : Pulled the data from online verizon portal for date range Oct 14 2017 - Till Date. Key attributes Date , Time, Phone Number and Minutes Spoken .I manually associated phone numbers to persons names.

Key Findings:- As per the data I speak the most between 7:30 am -9:00 am and 5:30 pm - 7:pm . This perfectly relates to the fact that I speak over the phone on my commute to office and back home .

Note that the echo = FALSE parameter was added to the code chunk to prevent printing of the R code that generated the plot.
