R Markdown

Basic structure R Markdown document involves Text(Both Headings and Content which are likely to be informative), Code Chunks (which has the required code for the R to compile).

And coming to fuctioning of R Markdown,It is basically used to develop/integrate the Text informative, R code and Output, for a clear understanding of any report published on net.

When you click the Knit button a document will be generated that includes both content as well as the output of any embedded R code chunks within the document. You can embed an R code chunk like this:

Note that the echo = FALSE parameter was added to the code chunk to prevent printing of the R code that generated the plot.
