Introduction

For the final project I decided to evaluate the relationship between steps I take per day, Calories I eat and number of hours of sleep I get daily for 3 months. Since those are the most important factors for a healthy life style it would be interesting to monitor these.

Therefore the data I observed for 3 months are

  Steps monitored by fitbit
  Calories in take monitored by an app on my phone
  Number of hours of sleep monitored by my phone

My graphs includes the following in this project.

  The relationship between the steps I take daily within a time period
  The relationship between the calory intake I take daily within a time period
  The relationship between the number of hours of sleep I take daily within a time period
  The relationship between all three variables

Steps VS Date

From this graph I can conclude that my steps have always fallen below 10,000. Since 10,000 is the minimum per day I have to increase the steps I take atleast 4 times per day.

calories VS Date

From this graph I can conclude that my daily intake of calories have always fallen below 2000. Since 2000 is the normal per person for daily intake of calories my eating habits are not that bad.

Sleep VS Date

From this graph I can conclude that my daily sleep have always fallen below 8. My average is around 7 hours which is recommended.

Comparison between all three variables

From this graph I can conclude that that my eating habits and number of hours I get can help with a healthy life style although the steps I take per day is not the most recommended. Therefore, I should put an effort to increase my exercises since it’s helpful for better and healthy life style.

### Steps VS Date

```{r}
p1 <- plot_ly(mydata, x = ~date, y = ~steps) %>%
   add_lines(name = ~"Steps")
p1
```

From this graph I can conclude that my steps have always fallen below 10,000. Since 10,000 is the minimum per day I have to increase the steps I take atleast 4 times per day.

### calories VS Date

```{r}
p2 <- plot_ly(mydata, x = ~date, y = ~calories) %>%
   add_lines(name = ~"Calories")
p2
```

***

From this graph I can conclude that my daily intake of calories have always fallen below 2000. Since 2000 is the normal per person for daily intake of calories my eating habits are not that bad.

### Sleep VS Date

```{r}
p3 <- plot_ly(mydata, x = mydata$date, y = mydata$hours.of.sleep) %>%
   add_lines(name = ~"hours of sleep")
p3
```

***

From this graph I can conclude that my daily sleep have always fallen below 8. My average is around 7 hours which is recommended.

###Comparison between all three variables

```{r}
p <- subplot(p3, p2, p1)
From this graph I can conclude that that my eating habits and number of hours I get can help with a healthy life style although the steps I take per day is not the most recommended. Therefore, I should put an effort to increase my exercises since it's helpful for better and healthy life style.
