Introduction

The Quantified Self (QS) is a movement motivated to leverage the synergy of wearables, analytics, and “Big Data”. This movement exploits the ease and convenience of data acquisition through the internet of things (IoT) to feed the growing obsession of personal informatics and quotidian data.

Conclusion

1. Based on the collected data, we can see the calories burned evey day is around 2200 and the food calories consumed every day is around 1800. We can also see that there is a positive relationship betwwen weight and calories burned. Therefore, the more exercise I do, the more weight I could lose.

2. The eating habbit also have an influence on the weight. If I eat healthy and get rid of high calorie food, such as desserts, I can have a slighter wight.

3. We see that on average I sleep around 7 hours in November. I have a pretty good sleep pattern.

In conclusion, keep a good habit of exercise, eating and sleeping is good for your health.
