  1. The result of handling customer based on designated station and proportion didn’t make any profits. The result shows a loss of ~ $1100
  2. The results based on listnode where costumers are served based on priority also failed to make any profits. The results of scenario2 indicate a loss of ~ $3000
  3. I switched agent’s services and provide two agents for premium and one for regular customer trying to save money by eliminating discount that is account for the big money lost. I didn’t work either.
    In conclusion the service time is two high correspond to discount and causing the system to fail. Even though there might be a possibility for system to converge, it will not produce any profit.
