The uniform and the 3 arrivals with limited scheduled within 20 minutes frame will provide satisfied results to serve around 24 patients a day. Let’s experiment these models with multiple replicants to provide a more accurate result.




In conclusion, the 3 patient every 20 minutes with 27 maximum schedules per day will provides 24 patients per day but with large waiting time.

The model can be modified by adding another entity for sever to urgent to serve the purpose of 10% reroute sever form exam-room to trauma-room




Results




As shown, above the 10% adjustment didn’t affect any of the queuing waiting time. Looking into the blew window above, the only change was the utilization of Trauma and Treatment room.

I utilize the approach of creating a work schedule for every server








In conclusion, by including the one-hour meal break it effect the utilization except for the sign in station. The utilization increases which reflects on stations become busier and increase waiting time during minimum service time.
