An analysis of the relationship between the birth rates of different countries and the number of internet users in these countries.
The countries have also been grouped into four income bands.

The chart plots the birth rates on the y axis and the proportion of internet users on the x axis
The chart points have also been colour coded by their income group
On average, the higher the number of internet users, the lower the birth rate. Income also shows a similar relationship, with high internet usage and low birth rates in the high income band.
These obseravtions more likely explained by education/literacy levels, which are not measured in this data.
