Comparison of injury to other strength sports

Six sports were tested to determine which yeilded the most injuries.

Bodybuilding ranked lowest amoung strength sports for injury

Olympic lifting, crossfit, and powerlifting are amoung some other sports ranked for injuries.

Location of injury

Injuries to joints and the upper body were most common.

Injuries to the shoulders and back are most common

Rotator cuff injuries were seen the most out of all the sports.
