Problem : Assignment asks us not to use links : However I could only find a way to make customers move at fixed velocity without a network.

Step 2 : Direct premium and regular customers via a schedule table

Step 3 : Create logic to calculate revenue and expenditures (profit)

We can see lots of lost revenue in discounts.

For scenario B; I found it fit to combine with scenario C…(Remove worker bias; and change FIFO to Priority Service)

The idea behind combining service desks, is maximimizing server utilization. While using priority service to ensure premium treatment is upheld.

Please note results for scenarios A&(BC) have been replicated 10 days; with a duration of 10 days consecutive uptime.

Conclusion:

Discarding FIFO; and combining premium and regular service with a priority queue increases revenue; and allows the shop to see near twice the amount of regular customers.
