The result of the two 600 replicants indicate that the effect of adding a two hours overlap has improve the utilization of the system by sbout 10 % and reduce the process time and number of PCBs in the system.






The result indicates that the number of rejected PCB boards of 3 or more failures of inspection is around and average of 11 boards.

Figure 9.1 shows the cashier and pharmacists utilizations, the number of system, the time in system and fax and walk-in customers proportion. Figure 9.2 shows the plot of time in system and the number in system. Figure 9.3 and 9.4 pharmacy system displaying the timing vs arrival plot of one day of work. It also display the proportion value in a pie plot.
