Simple bar plot to plot the Region with IncomeGroup as the fill using ggplot. This is a very simple plot that tells quite a bit. ggplot is a powerful plotting system if we learn it even a little.
IncomeGroup by Region. No Surprise there. The Americas and Europe are mostly rich. Surprisingly Sub-saharn africa has a couple of high income countries. They are Equitorial guinea and Seychelles (small countries). Otherwise it is mostly low/lower middle income countries.
