Introduction

This document provides an illustration of the flow of individuals who have progressed from one program to another in the dataset.

First, lets look at the breakdown of individuals who have utilized any program more than once by the broad program categories (Youth Engagement and Youth Employment excluded due to extremely small sample size in the dataset):

Compared to Housing and Youth Justice, Community Services and Mental Health appear to have a higher proprotion of clients who only use the services once without transitioning to a different program (or the same program) there after.

Now lets look strictly at repeat clients (i.e. indicated by the blue bar in the chart above). The chart below displays their transition from one program to another (Youth Employment is excluded due to an extremely small sample size)

As evidenced above, most clients generally transition into the same broad program category as the one they were in previously.
