I am a Computer Engineer by degree and I have four years of experience in the field of analytics, working across pharmaceutical, health insurance and general insurance domains. During my stint at Mu Sigma and Accenture Analytics, I have delivered high impact analytical solutions to multiple fortune 500 clients.

Professional Experience

I started my career as a Trainee Decision Scientist in Mu Sigma. In a span of two years, I started leading two teams. One team was responsible for Sales Force Planning for an entire Business Unit of a major pharmaceutical company. It involved Segmentation and Targeting of physicians, Sales Force Sizing, Alignment, and designing Call Plan and Sample Plans. Another team was working on a Proof of Concept for Business Development.

In Accenture Analytics, I helped an health insurance company reduce software maintenance time using text mining and a general insurance client to optimize its call center efforts and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

While I have attended some workshops for R, I have very little exposure to it in a professional or academic environment.
