A. Public Housing

  • Subsidized and regulated by the Housing Development Board ("HDB')
  • Flats ranging from 1-room/studio to Multi Generation
  • more than 80% of Singaporeans lives in public housing
  • Only Singaporeans can purchase new flats (Build-To-Order)
  • Singapore PRs can only purchase Resale Flats

B. Private Housing

  • All kinds of properties ranging from Apartments to Bungalows
  • Foreigners are eligible to purchase, but expensive!
