This strategy takes a first sample of records number 1,5,9,13,… to collect a 20K sample. Second dataset combine the first sample plus records 2,6,10,14,… to collect the 40K sample. The same fashion is taken for the 60K sample and the full dataset (80K) is used as the fourth sample.
