Database PROMO budget slightly different from current data displayed in WEB-APP;

OVERALL FORECAST of PROMO&MARKETING component is almost the same 10.3% for current web-app data vs 9.3% for current database impressions data

Percent of ORIGINAL impressions usually varies from 8.2% to 79.1%, so we can deffinately add this factor to our methodology as it will explain or modify overall forecasts significantly (due to 35usd / 10 usd per impression ratio)
