R Markdown

This is an R Markdown document. Markdown is a simple formatting syntax for authoring HTML, PDF, and MS Word documents. For more details on using R Markdown see http://rmarkdown.rstudio.com.

When you click the Knit button a document will be generated that includes both content as well as the output of any embedded R code chunks within the document. You can embed an R code chunk like this:

library(plotly)
## Warning: package 'plotly' was built under R version 3.4.1
## Loading required package: ggplot2
## Warning: package 'ggplot2' was built under R version 3.4.1
##
## Attaching package: 'plotly'
## The following object is masked from 'package:ggplot2':
##
## last_plot
## The following object is masked from 'package:stats':
##
## filter
## The following object is masked from 'package:graphics':
##
## layout
mtcars$am<- factor(mtcars$am,labels=c("Manual","Automatic"))
plot_ly(mtcars,x=~wt,z=~mpg,y=~gear,mode="markers", type="scatter3d",
        color=mtcars$am)
## Warning in RColorBrewer::brewer.pal(N, "Set2"): minimal value for n is 3, returning requested palette with 3 different levels

Including Plots

You can also embed plots, for example:

Note that the echo = FALSE parameter was added to the code chunk to prevent printing of the R code that generated the plot.
