Recipient: Survey Respondents who had been referred by another respondent to complete the survey (Respondents who received referrals from other respondents).

Our survey respondents can be divided into two groups:

  1. Neither Sender nor Recipient: received surveys directly from us but did not refer others after completing the survey.

  2. Sender and/or Recipient: Received surveys directly from us OR from other respondents, and/or referred other respondents.
