Ruyi Shi

Hello everyone! My name is Ruyi Shi. I came from Shanghai, China. I am really excited to start my first Markdown project in R programming course. I am pursuing my career as a data/business analyst. I like manipulating data from a mass database and improve decision-making in the business.

Professional Background

I am currently a student. My expected graduation year is 2018. In the past, I did not have any full-time job experiences. However, I worked as an intern in PWC, a private accounting firm and finance department in Larid Company.

Experience with R

In my undergraduate courses, I used R as a tool to do some analytics problems such as Time Serious Modeling and Stock Investing.

I have some basic experiences in:

Other Things About Me

I have a lot of hobbies including music and sports. I play piano, guitar, ukulele and redcord covers on some apps. I also play table tennis, tennis, swim with my friends. I enjoy life outside the classroom as well as inside the classroom.
