Greetings, this is Angela.

I am a candidate of M.S. in Business Analytics at Wake Forest University School of Business. My interest in data started from my undergraduate study in Finance, as I spent lots of time on Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet Systems, and Microsoft Excel.

I worked for a year at Plymouth Rock Assurance as a Product Operations Associate before coming to graduate school. My responsibilities include but not limit to:

Managed new and existed product details on internal databases; liaised and handled information checks among actuary, underwriting, and IT departments
Conducted user acceptance testing and data analysis for over 70% policyholders in New England region; created reports to verify policy features
Collaborated with Sr. Analysts for enterprise-wide policy conversion, semi-annual rate change, vendor change, and price match
Supported Commercial Auto department with policy adjustments and external communications to agents
