2016 - today: Assistant Data Scientist, TDC Group - Predictive Analytics
The Predictive Analytics department has the purpose of supporting the core business and underlying brands with analysis on products, marketing and providing insights in new areas. As an Assistant Data Scientist, I have a lot of different tasks; I’ve developed customer churn models in R and SAS, Handling of large quantities of SQL/NoSQL data, webcrawlers in Python/Selenium, VOD recommendation engine, to name a few. I’m also my groups key representative in architecturing a analytical database for structuring online capture data. I support my group when meeting with consultants and setting an agenda for replacing proprietary software-tools with open-soruce software. Supporting the business also requires, that I present and educate e.g. a marketing department on my findings - and how to apply these to their work.

2015-2016: Student Assistant, Danske Capital - Static Data & Prices
Static Data & Prices acts as a back-office pipeline for market data capture and internal/external reporting and valuation. As a student assistant I took on manu controlling workloads; data extractions and analytics in SAS/SQL, SharePoint configuration, maintenance of an Oracle-bases database (SimCorp), Net-Asset-Value calculation, validation and reporting. The position gave me my first real taste of working with large quantities of data and high-frequency dataflows.

2013-2015: Insurance Sales Consultant, Nykredit - Forsikring Direkte
As a sales consultant I had the responsibility of communicate insurance policies via phone and email in order to ultimately sell an insurance solution to a private customer. Despite the lack of academic/technical challenges in this job, I acquired a handy set of communicative skills - and of course, sell.
