This document is a complete enrichment analysis using Gene ontology, Reactome and KEGG. There are enriched pathways using genes expression profiles from 3 different experiments.
In short, These 3 datasets have enriched to 913 pathways using Gene ontology-biological process, 82 using Gene ontology-molecular function, 57 using Gene ontology-component cellular, 13 using KEGG and 16 Reactome. Each figure shows the 3 experiments (x-axis) and pathways (y-axis) and the number of genes enriched for each experiments/pathways (x,y) and the color gradient is the p value. All enrichments in this analysis were selected using Benjamini & Hochberg less than 0.05
