This shiny App provides a tools to interrogate drug sensitivity for KRAS-mutant vs. KRAS-wt cell lines in the context of lung adenocarcinoma.
We require the user to select a drug based on a drop down menu.
The Volcano plot is showing all of the drugs in one plot. Drugs on the negative x-axis are more specific for KRAS-mutant LUAD cell lines. Drugs on the positive x-axis are more specific for KRAS-wt LUAD cell lines.
The result contains a boxplot of that drug for the KRAS-mutant vs. KRAS-wt sub-groups. AUC stands for Area Under the Curve (dose-response curve). Therefore, a drug that has a small AUC, kills the cells more than a drug that has a high AUC.
