Nearest neighbors, selected phenotypes

Spatial statistics

Second-order statistics for selected phenotypes - F function

F is the empty space function. It is the cumulative distribution of the distance from any location to the nearest cell of the specified phenotype.

Second-order statistics for selected phenotypes - G function

G shows the distribution of nearest neigbors. It is the cumulative distribution function of the distance from a typical cell to its nearest neighbor.

Pair correlation and cross-correlation for selected phenotypes

Pair correlation summarizes the relative density of cells at a distance other cells of the same type. Cross-correlation summarizes the relative density of cells of one type from cells of a second type.
