Findings and Recommendations:

The majority of people would like english muffins (77%), with white (24%), multi grain (23%), and whole wheat (21%) being the top most desired products.

Similarily, 75% of people would like milk sold, with the majority of them preferring a whole gallon (51%). Chocolate milk was a little harder to discern - it looks as if half of the people would like to have chocolate milk as an option. If we interpret no answer as indifference, we can assume these people are in the same category as no, and would likely not buy our chocolate milk products. In this case - 49%, almost half of our customers answering this survey, would not buy chocolate milk from us. I suggest holding off on chocolate milk until we know more about who would actually buy this (families?).

The most popular cabot products were butter and cheese blocks combination (43%), followed by butter, cheese blocks, and american sliced cheese (31%). Sliced cheese itself however was not very popular (only .6%), making me think customers presumably chose the second option without considering every product clearly. I would suggest cheese blocks and butter.

Of the people that purchase our family package (115), 64% of them are happy with our family package.
