JPred Analysis

After run the JPred prediction for over 1400 data for secondary structure prediction, we used all these results to run our algorithm to evalute the results.

Discussion:

From the results above, we can tell it’s slightly worse than when we using the actual secondary structure. This indicates the JPred is good enough for my analysis.
